The partnership between captain Uday Saharan and Sachin Dhas, adding 171 runs for the 5th wicket, revived India’s innings. Dhas played a crucial knock of 96 runs off 95 balls, including 11 fours and 1 six, while Saharan contributed 81 runs off 124 balls. After Dhas’ departure, India lost two quick wickets, but Saharan remained at the crease until the end, getting out when the team needed 1 run to win within 2 overs. Ultimately, India clinched the victory by 2 wickets, securing their place in the fifth consecutive U19 World Cup final
